WOW..now that is sturdy!

These chairs I bought 4 have the wieght that Adirondack Chairs SHOULD have! They are very heavy - so I am sure they will not ever blow away. The wood has a wonderful grain and smooth finish...best to teak oil them and then they'll look like a million bucks for a LONG time. The construction is tight and sturdy with durable bolts.... the assembly is a bit of a pain in the neck (it always is) BUT you will have them for a life so well worth the effort considering the quality and great price. Not great but good for the price

I ordered two of these chairs in white. The chairs are going to need some work before they are ready to be used. The workmanship is just OK. They need to be re-painted and weather-proofed before they are ready for my porch but the price is unbeatable. My only major complaint is that the wood is fairly thin so I am unsure if it would hold up for heavier people. More detail ...

Good quality - Easy to assemble

Boought on sale for $40ea. Even at $100 it would have been a pretty good deal compared to the ones I saw locally. Easy to assemble and good quality. NOT all that well packaged but arrived damage free. Assemble time about 20 minutes. No tools needed other than those supplied.More detail ...

Shoddy manufacturing and damaged merchandise

My chairs arrived in boxes that were damaged and partially open. One chair had a split seat support ( very important ) a completely broken front board just under the seat part necessary hardware missing and scratched and stained. Not at all what I expected for this price even if they were on sale. Cannot send them back because when I opened the boxes they were taped in so many places no way I could fit them back into the same damaged boxes. Not the quality I expected either. Very thin particle board. When I got them assembled I was almost afraid to sit in them. I guess they are okay if you use them inside and for looks only. Love to talk to the seller but the customer service # on my instructions has limited hours and a very long wait if you get through.



Maybe my expectations were too high or maybe I am just a sceptical consumer who should have already learned a lesson when it comes to e-mail ordering of hard line merchandise. SEE IT BEFORE YOU BUY IT is my new rule.

Nice but fragile

These colorful chairs really enhance the look of the patio...However you are not getting chairs with thick sturdy wood....the company you deal with is very good and they responded immediately to the initial problem (some pieces damaged in shipping)...the chairs are also easy to put together...all in all they are good for the money as long as you treat them with care...More detail ...

You get what you pay for

Chairs are very nice addition to patio with different colors but they are inexpensive for a reason: the wood is thin and chairs are not super sturdy. If someone heavy is going to be using these on regular basis probably not a great purchase. Be careful when you are srewing it together that you don't splinter any of the pieces. Some of the pieces came damaged in the box and their customer service was fantastic. Shipped new pieces immediately and I got them couple days later. For the price these chairs are good.
